One upgrade pack covers the quantities needed for a full 5-player game.* The tokens fit in the center well of the tray that comes in Finspan. *UPDATE: In some 5-player games when all players pursue schools, it is possible to run out of deluxe school tokens. We recommend keeping cardboard schools as a backup for this situation. We offer stand-alone packs of deluxe school tokens for those who want extras.
