FILTER TECHNIQUES: Apply the filter using a soft medium sized round paintbrush.Deposit the filter onto your scale model in areas where you want to alter the base tone. Let the filter dry for about 15 minutes. With this technique you will be able to fade, unify, and enrich the colors.
