The summary above is provided for convenience. The complete terms below govern participation in Collective Credits.
Earning XP on Purchases
Members earn one (1) XP for every one dollar ($1.00) spent on qualifying purchases with Collective Gaming.

XP is calculated based on the amount actually paid toward eligible purchases, excluding sales tax.

Discounts, coupons, promotional discounts, and redeemed rewards reduce the amount on which purchase-based XP is calculated.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular promotion, purchases that may earn XP include:
-
merchandise;
-
event registrations;
-
special orders;
-
preorders; and
-
other products or services sold directly by Collective Gaming.

Collective Gaming may offer additional promotional opportunities to earn XP from time to time.
Other Ways to Earn XP
Members may also earn XP through qualifying non-purchase activities.

Current earning opportunities include:
-
Create an eligible website account: 50 XP
-
Birthday reward: 100 XP
-
Follow Collective Gaming on an eligible social-media platform: 10 XP per qualifying follow action made available through the program

Account signup rewards are limited to one qualifying reward per person.

Birthday XP may be awarded once per year to an eligible account containing a valid birthday. Collective Gaming may require birthday information to be entered before the applicable reward is issued and may take reasonable measures to prevent repeated changes or manipulation of birthday information for the purpose of obtaining additional rewards.

Social-media XP is limited to qualifying actions recognized by the Collective Credits program.

XP will not be awarded repeatedly for unfollowing and refollowing the same account or for other activity intended to generate duplicate rewards.
Bonus and Promotional XP
Collective Gaming may periodically offer:
-
bonus XP;
-
double-XP promotions;
-
limited-time earning opportunities;
-
event bonuses;
-
promotional rewards; or
-
other incentives.

Additional terms, eligibility requirements, earning limits, or promotional periods may apply to individual offers.
Redeeming XP
Every 100 XP may be redeemed for five dollars ($5.00) in Collective Credits rewards toward an eligible transaction.

A maximum of 400 XP may be redeemed in a single transaction, providing a maximum reward value of twenty dollars ($20.00) per transaction.

Rewards may not reduce the eligible transaction subtotal below zero dollars ($0.00).

If the member has more XP available than is necessary to reduce the eligible subtotal to $0.00, the unused XP remains in the member's account, subject to applicable expiration rules.
Combining Rewards With Discounts
Collective Credits rewards may generally be combined with:
-
sale pricing;
-
discounts;
-
coupons; and
-
other promotional offers.

A particular promotion may prohibit stacking when that restriction is expressly disclosed as part of the promotion's terms.
No Cash Value
XP and Collective Credits rewards:
-
have no cash value;
-
are not legal tender;
-
may not be sold or exchanged for cash; and
-
may not be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

A reward does not create an ownership interest in Collective Gaming or establish a cash account, stored-value account, or bank balance.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
If a purchase that earned XP is later returned, refunded, canceled, reversed, or charged back, the XP earned from that transaction may be deducted from the member's account.

If XP was redeemed toward a purchase that is subsequently eligible for a return or refund under Collective Gaming's applicable policies, the customer will generally:
-
receive a monetary refund only for the amount actually paid; and
-
have the XP redeemed toward the returned merchandise restored to the Collective Credits account.

For example, if a customer purchases an otherwise eligible $50.00 item, redeems 100 XP for a $5.00 reward, and pays $45.00, an eligible return will generally result in a monetary refund of no more than the applicable $45.00 actually paid, with the corresponding 100 XP restored to the customer's account.

Loyalty rewards do not increase the cash value of a refund.
Reversal of Earned XP
XP originally earned from a returned, refunded, canceled, reversed, or charged-back transaction may be reversed.

If a member has already redeemed some or all of the XP that must be reversed, the account may carry a negative XP balance.
Future XP earned may first be applied toward satisfying that negative balance before additional XP becomes available for redemption.

Returns, refunds, special orders, preorders, event registrations, and cancellations remain subject to Collective Gaming's applicable:
-
Return & Refund Policy
-
Special Order & Preorder Policy
-
Pickup & Order Fulfillment Policy
-
Event, Player Conduct & Judging Policy
XP Expiration
One hundred percent (100%) of a member's unused XP expires after twelve (12) consecutive months of account inactivity.

For purposes of Collective Credits, qualifying activity generally includes earning or redeeming XP through a recognized Collective Credits transaction or activity.

When technically available and the member has provided a valid email address, Collective Gaming intends to send an expiration reminder approximately fourteen (14) days before XP is scheduled to expire.

Failure to receive an expiration email does not prevent otherwise valid XP expiration.

This may include circumstances such as:
-
an outdated or incorrect email address;
-
spam or junk filtering;
-
email delivery failure;
-
account settings; or
-
other circumstances outside Collective Gaming's reasonable control.

Once XP expires, it is removed from the account and generally cannot be reinstated except at Collective Gaming's discretion or where required by applicable law.
Accounts and Membership
Collective Credits accounts, XP, and rewards are intended for the personal use of the registered member.

Collective Gaming may limit participation to one loyalty account per person.

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding access to their accounts.

Collective Gaming may merge, suspend, correct, or close duplicate accounts when reasonably necessary to maintain the integrity of the program.
XP and Rewards Are Nontransferable
XP and Collective Credits rewards are nontransferable.

They may not be:
-
sold;
-
assigned;
-
traded;
-
exchanged;
-
transferred to another person; or
-
combined between individuals.

Collective Gaming may permit an account correction or consolidation when appropriate at its discretion.
Fraud, Abuse, and Program Manipulation
Collective Gaming may investigate suspected misuse of Collective Credits.

Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
-
creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts to obtain signup rewards;
-
manipulating birthdays or other account information;
-
repeatedly following and unfollowing social-media accounts to generate XP;
-
falsifying purchases or qualifying activity;
-
abusing returns or refunds to obtain rewards;
-
chargeback fraud;
-
using unauthorized payment methods;
-
exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities;
-
attempting to transfer or sell XP or rewards; or
-
otherwise manipulating the program in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
-

Collective Gaming may withhold, reverse, cancel, or remove improperly obtained XP or rewards.

Collective Gaming may also suspend or terminate a member's participation when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violation of these terms.

Termination for fraud or abuse may result in forfeiture of unused XP and rewards to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Technical Errors and Account Adjustments
Technical errors, system outages, delayed transaction reporting, account synchronization problems, or other system issues may occasionally delay, omit, duplicate, or incorrectly display XP.

Collective Gaming reserves the right to make reasonable account adjustments necessary to:
-
correct technical or transaction errors;
-
remove duplicate XP;
-
restore properly earned XP;
-
reverse improperly credited XP; or
-
otherwise accurately reflect qualifying activity.

The display of an XP balance does not prevent Collective Gaming from correcting an error when the balance does not accurately reflect qualifying activity.
Changes to Collective Credits
Collective Gaming reserves the right to modify Collective Credits, including:
-
how XP is earned;
-
earning rates;
-
redemption values;
-
redemption limits;
-
promotional offers;
-
expiration rules;
-
available rewards;
-
account requirements; and
-
other program features.

The existence of a particular reward, promotion, earning opportunity, or redemption value at one time does not guarantee that it will remain available indefinitely.
Suspension or Discontinuation of the Program
Collective Gaming may suspend or discontinue Collective Credits in whole or in part.

Where reasonably practicable, Collective Gaming may provide advance notice of material changes affecting existing XP balances or termination of the program.

Any treatment of remaining XP or rewards following discontinuation will be subject to applicable law and any terms announced in connection with the program's termination.
Related Policies
Participation in Collective Credits may also be subject to Collective Gaming's:
-
Return & Refund Policy
-
Special Order & Preorder Policy
-
Pickup & Order Fulfillment Policy
-
Event, Player Conduct & Judging Policy

Where a more specific policy directly addresses a transaction, refund, cancellation, or other issue, that policy will generally control with respect to that issue.
Applicable Law
Nothing in these terms is intended to waive or restrict any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
Collective Gaming may revise these Collective Credits Loyalty & Rewards Terms from time to time.

Unless otherwise required by law, the version in effect at the time of a qualifying transaction or activity will generally govern that transaction or activity.

Questions regarding Collective Credits, XP balances, earning activity, redemptions, expiration, or account adjustments may be submitted through Collective Gaming's official website or designated customer-support channels.
