Collective Gaming Official Roadmap
At Collective Gaming, we’re building more than a store — we’re creating a vibrant community hub for tabletop, miniature, and board gaming. This roadmap outlines our future journey, from our first steps to our long-term vision.
Phase 1: Online Foundations
We will begin by launching our online store with a strong foundation of tabletop products. To make shopping convenient, we will provide local order pickup, while also building a scalable catalog system designed to grow with our expanding offerings.
Phase 2: Retail
+ Restaurant Experience
The next step will bring our vision into a physical space. In partnership with Tipsy Chicken, we will open a retail location that expands our product lines across tabletop, miniatures, and board games. More than just a store, this space will also serve as a shared hub for dining and play — where players can enjoy great food and drinks alongside their favorite games. On select nights, the play space will open up for a variety of systems, giving hobbyists a true home base.
Phase 3: Community Growth
Once the foundation is set, we will focus on building community. Weekly Play Nights will highlight different game systems, while tournaments and campaigns will offer both competitive and narrative experiences. Hobby Nights will feature painting sessions, tutorials, and workshops to welcome players of all skill levels. An event booking system will make reserving tables and signing up for activities seamless, while a loyalty program will reward the players who help our community thrive.
Phase 4: Digital Expansion
Our growth will extend into the digital world through the launch of a community blog. We will share hobby news, product updates, and store announcements, while also publishing painting and modeling guides. Strategy articles and list-building tips will support players at every stage of their journey. Community spotlights and showcases will celebrate the creativity of our players, and a Resource Hub will provide beginner guides, curated product suggestions, and “how to get started” kits to welcome newcomers into the hobby.
Phase 5: Media Hub
We will expand into video and live content to share our passion more widely. Painting tutorials, event highlights, and live-streamed battle reports will bring the energy of our community to life. Behind-the-scenes content will provide a closer look at the heart of Collective Gaming, while our Community Media Hub will become a central home for blogs, videos, and hobby resources. By integrating media with our store catalog, we will create a connected experience that blends shopping, learning, and community engagement.

Looking to the future, our dream is to open a second location — game store first, restaurant second, with a café at its heart. This flagship hub will feature expanded retail covering a wider range of tabletop and hobby products, a larger dedicated play space capable of hosting regional tournaments and major events, and enhanced café offerings with coffee and snacks designed for game nights. More than just a store, this will be a place where play, hobby, shopping, and food converge under one roof.
