All use of the Collective Gaming website, storefront, booking platform, or physical location is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States of America. All disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any objections to such jurisdiction or venue.

Collective Gaming functions as a retail entity and hobby venue, offering tabletop gaming products, event hosting, and reservation-based play. We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, pricing, stock levels, or service availability. All offerings, pricing, and availability are subject to change or discontinuation without prior notification.
Product images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product packaging, artwork, and contents may vary, especially for items from Games Workshop. The manufacturer may update packaging or reduce included components without changing the product SKU, barcode, or short code. While we strive to maintain accurate and current listings, we cannot guarantee that all product representations reflect the most recent version released by the manufacturer.
All media, intellectual property, brand elements, trademarks, imagery, and content on this website and associated platforms are the sole property of Collective Gaming or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or republication is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Any data, forms, submissions, or communications made to Collective Gaming must be made in good faith and with truthful, accurate information. Any attempts at fraud, impersonation, misrepresentation, or abuse of systems may result in permanent account termination, refusal of service, and potential legal prosecution.

Reservations for gameplay, events, or table use are honored on a first-come, first-served basis and are contingent upon availability. Collective Gaming reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations at any time due to operational changes, event scheduling, or other business needs. We assume no responsibility for personal property left on-site, including but not limited to miniatures, terrain, game components, or electronics.

By participating in events hosted, co-hosted, or sponsored by Collective Gaming, users agree to all posted rules, conduct expectations, and any required waivers. Disruption, harassment, or violations of our code of conduct may result in immediate removal, permanent bans, and/or legal reporting.

Transactions made via our website are strictly for in-store pickup at our designated location. Shipping is not offered. Payment must be completed through approved offline methods including cash, Apple Cash, CashApp, Zelle, or PayPal. Orders will be confirmed via email, and unclaimed or unconfirmed orders may be canceled without refund. Special order items are contingent on distributor availability and are not guaranteed for fulfillment.

All sales are final. Collective Gaming does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances. By submitting payment, customers acknowledge acceptance of this policy without exception.

Collective Gaming reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Such updates become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes binding acceptance of the revised terms.
Legal notices, business inquiries, or formal disputes must be submitted exclusively through the contact form provided on our official website. We do not accept official communication via Discord, social media, or any platform not directly controlled by the business for formal matters.

No individual under the age of 18 may use this site or submit orders without direct supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Use of the website or participation in activities by minors constitutes full acceptance of terms by the parent or guardian.
Collective Gaming, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from access to, use of, or inability to access our platforms or premises. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, or damage to property.

The failure to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it in the future. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Collective Gaming with respect to our services, superseding any prior agreements or communications, whether oral or written.
