Special Orders

What is a Special Order?

Special Orders refer to products we don’t keep in stock but can acquire through our distributors or partners. These may include limited, out-of-print, or direct-only items.

 

Do I need to pay upfront?

No. Payment is only collected after we confirm the item is available and ready for pickup.

 

Are Special Orders guaranteed?

Not always. Some items - especially discontinued or direct exclusives - may be unavailable. We’ll notify you if an item can’t be fulfilled.

 

How long do they take?

 

Most stock items: Usually 1–2 weeks. Please message us directly for special orders, and we’ll provide a more accurate time estimate.

 

What’s the difference between Direct, Expert, Commemorative, and Made to Order?

 

  • Direct: Time varies; ships through GW Online-Only. Eligible for Collective Gaming discount.

  • Expert & Commemorative: Special releases from GW. Not eligible for discount. Availability depends on GW stock; may be ordered if available.

  • Made to Order: Limited runs reissued. Fulfillment time depends entirely on the manufacturer.

 

Can I cancel a Special Order?

Only before it is submitted to our distributor. After submission, cancellation is not guaranteed.

 

Will I be contacted when my item arrives?

Yes. We’ll notify you by email or text when your order is ready. Please pick up within 7 days unless arranged otherwise.
