Refunds & Returns

All sales made through Collective Gaming are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to buyer's remorse, dissatisfaction with products, delays in availability, or misinterpretation of product descriptions. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full and waive any rights to dispute charges through your payment provider, except as expressly required by applicable law.

Items designated as "special order" are fulfilled through external distributors and subject to their inventory status and timelines. Special order items may become permanently unavailable or experience fulfillment delays outside of our control. While we will notify customers if an item becomes unobtainable, we do not offer refunds or substitutions unless required by law. Placement of a special order constitutes acknowledgment of this risk and agreement to proceed without guaranteed fulfillment.

All items must be picked up in person at our designated pickup location. Failure to retrieve items within the timeframe provided in your confirmation notice may result in cancellation and forfeiture without refund. Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate contact details and for maintaining communication regarding the pickup status of their orders. Lack of response or missed communication attempts does not entitle a customer to a refund or replacement.

Collective Gaming is not responsible for defects, mispacks, or missing pieces in manufacturer-sealed products such as miniatures, kits, or boxed items. Any claims regarding these issues must be made directly with the manufacturer. We are not liable for manufacturer defects, packaging inconsistencies, or changes in production quality. Items damaged in transit to us or with packaging flaws are not considered defective for refund purposes.

In extraordinary cases where a refund is granted, whether by legal mandate or at our sole discretion, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or an alternative method approved by Collective Gaming. We reserve the right to withhold applicable processing or restocking fees and to limit refund amounts to the value of the product only, excluding any associated costs such as travel, communication, or third-party handling.

We reserve the right to deny any refund or return request that is deemed abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the good faith practices expected of our customers. Abuse of our policies or attempts to circumvent them may result in permanent revocation of purchasing privileges and may be reported to relevant authorities.
