User submissions made through contact forms, reservations, or order forms must be truthful and submitted with genuine intent. Fraudulent orders, false identities, or any form of misrepresentation may result in legal action and permanent suspension from accessing our services.
Gameplay reservations are subject to availability and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel reservations due to special events, emergencies, or other operational requirements. Collective Gaming is not responsible for user equipment, miniatures, or materials left unattended on premises.
All events hosted or co-hosted by Collective Gaming may be subject to additional rules, waivers, or conduct agreements. Participation implies acknowledgment and acceptance of any posted rules. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from premises or future bans from participation.
Purchases through our webstore are limited to in-store pickup. At this time, we do not offer shipping services. Payment is collected offline through methods we approve and communicate via confirmation, including but not limited to cash, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Cash, and Google Pay. All payments must be completed at time of pickup. Failure to respond to confirmation communications or to retrieve reserved items may result in order cancellation.
Collective Gaming does not offer refunds or returns on any purchases. All sales are considered final. Items listed as special order are dependent upon availability from our distributor and are not guaranteed to be fulfilled.
The owners, co-founders, employees, and authorized representatives of Collective Gaming are not individually liable for damages, claims, or losses arising from the use of the website, services, or premises, provided actions taken were within the scope of their duties and consistent with these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
