How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Just add items to your cart and check out.

 

Do I need an account to order?

No account is needed, but please enter accurate contact info so we can confirm your order.

 

How do I pay for my order?

Select Offline Payment at checkout. You’ll pay at pickup using:

 

  • Cash

  • Apple Cash

  • CashApp

  • PayPal

  • Zelle

 

Can I pay online instead?

Not at this time. Offline payment helps us keep costs low and avoid platform fees.

 

Will I receive a confirmation?

Yes. We’ll follow up by email to confirm availability and arrange pickup.

 

Where do I pick up my order?

At our shared space with Tipsy Chicken in Mesa, AZ. Instructions will be included in your confirmation message.

 

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes, just let us know their name in advance so we can verify identity at pickup.

 

How long will you hold my order?

Orders are held for 7 days unless you request extra time. Unclaimed orders may be canceled.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes can be made before your order is confirmed. Contact us promptly to make edits.

 

Do you offer shipping or delivery?

No. We currently offer pickup only.

 

How often do you restock?

Core items are restocked regularly. Rare, seasonal, or legacy items may vary based on availability.
